FD OMZ respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how FD Sleep Tracker accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes user data.

Data We Access and Use

FD Sleep Tracker may use:

• Microphone access for sleep sound detection and analysis
• Local device storage for sleep records, notes, preferences, statistics, and audio recordings
• Notification permission for sleep and wake-up reminders
• Internet access for Google AdMob advertising services

FD Sleep Tracker does not require users to create an account.

Local Data Storage

Sleep records, notes, preferences, statistics, and sleep audio recordings are stored locally on the user’s device. They are not uploaded to or stored on servers operated by FD OMZ.

Data Retention

Sleep records, notes, preferences, and related statistics remain on the user’s device until the user deletes them, clears the application data, or uninstalls the application.

Sleep audio recordings are stored locally and are automatically deleted after approximately 30 days. Users may delete individual recordings earlier from within the application.

Data Deletion

Users can delete locally stored data by:

• Deleting individual sleep records or audio recordings from within FD Sleep Tracker;
• Opening Android Settings → Apps → FD Sleep Tracker → Storage → Clear data; or
• Uninstalling FD Sleep Tracker.

Because FD Sleep Tracker does not maintain user accounts or store sleep information on FD OMZ servers, FD OMZ cannot remotely access or delete data stored locally on a user’s device.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

FD Sleep Tracker uses Google AdMob and Google Play Services. These services may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, interactions with advertisements, and diagnostic information according to Google’s policies.

Data Sharing and Sale

FD OMZ does not sell users’ personal information. Information may be processed by Google AdMob and Google Play Services for advertising, security, fraud prevention, and service operation purposes.
